This can be taken by our field service on site or you can use our uvex medicare footprint set — a convenient, simple and flexible way to self-record the footprint. Instructions Separate the white sheet from the clear protective film and place the film over the blueprint, making sure that there are no wrinkles. Place this on a flat surface and place your foot in the middle of it, putting your full body weight onto it. Draw around the foot with a pen. Peel off the transparent film and remove the blueprint. Now place the film with your footprint on the chequered backing sheet and smooth it out, ensuring that there are no creases. Repeat the process for your other foot.
